We understand that there might be situations where you may need to cancel or refund your food delivery order. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your food delivery order within 10 minutes of placing it, provided the order has not been prepared or dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at  0939 916 1528

2. Refund Eligibility:

  • Quality Issues: If you receive food that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to our high-quality standards, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We may issue a full or partial refund, or offer a replacement, based on the specific situation.

  • Delivery Issues: If your order is significantly delayed, or missing items, or if there are any other delivery-related issues, please inform us within 30 minutes of the estimated delivery time. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, offer a refund or redelivery. (Delivery lead time is  30min - 120mins)

3. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within the end of day and will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.
